Q) What makes Bump Controller work so effectively?

A) Bump Controller special formulation contains salicylic acid (SA), which is a beta hydroxyl acid derived from the willow tree. Salicylic acid (SA) is especially mild and less drying than alpha hydroxyl acids (i.e., lactic, glycolic). Salicylic acid functions as an exfoliant and anticomedogenic agent leaving the skin smooth and soft. Bump Controller also contain the moisturizers glycerin and propylene glycol plus silicone skin emollients in a refreshing, clear base to hydrate and soothe.

Q) Why is there sometimes a white crystal formation around the cap?

A) This occurs normally when ingredients spill or are exposed to air. If white crystal formation appears around or under the cap it can be removed with a cotton swab.

Crystal formation also can be caused by exposure to cold temperatures. This is normal and does not affect the performance of the product. Keeping the product at room temperature will dissolve crystals.

Q) Why is there sometimes sediment at the bottom of the bottle?

A) Occasionally the moisturizer in the formula will separate and settle to the bottom of the bottle. By shaking the bottle well, the sediment will dissolve.

Q) Why is there no fragrance in Bump Controller?

A) To ensure Bump Controller effectiveness we chose not to add any fragrance or coloring to its formulation. Bump Controller carries the natural smell of its ingredients. Wait several minutes after applying Bump Controller, and then apply your choice of fragrance or moisturizer.

Q) Can I apply Bump Controller to wet skin?

A) No, Bump Controller should be used on dry skin only to ensure results.

Q) If I am currently using another product for razor bumps and ingrown hair, etc. how long should I wait before I start using Bump Controller?

A) To avoid reaction, discontinue use of the other products 48-72 hours before applying Bump Controller.

Q) Why is there a stinging sensation after applying Bump Controller?

A) This is normal. The stinging sensation is the natural anti-bacterial agent at work. This agent is essential for killing bacterial that causes bumps.

Q) Will the alcohol in Bump Controller dry my skin?

A) To avoid the drying effect of alcohol, glycerin, a natural moisturizer, has been added to the formulation.

For additional moisturizing, skin cream or lotion can be applied once the skin is dry. Do not apply a moisturizer before applying Bump Controller.

Q) Are there any long-term side effects associated with using Bump Controller?

A) No, our research has shown that there are no long-term effects associated with Bump Controller when it is used as directed.

Q) Should I continue using Bump Controller after my skin is cleared?

A) Once you are satisfied with the result, Bump No Way should be used on an “as needed basis”.
